Means you do not receive whispers/@s. Fairly sure that's it.

I had a lot of fun with my dnd messages of Bnet. A lot. :)
And yes, they can still see you're online. People like to use their status updates to...contact me even when I have dnd on. Clever little buggers. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.
