Does altar spawn depends on rng or map layout/juice?

I need get atlas grind done whats the fastest wat to grind altars does it depent on the map juice or layout? sometimes i get 0 altars sometimes 5 per map is it just really pure rng?

Make sure you have nodes selected on the atlas tree that benefit influence altars. That with standard juicing and selecting influence on the device, should net you a steady income of altars. I have almost 250 in both using the above. It’s RNG and juice involved so you need to spec and juice accordingly. Based on my experience anyway.

Altar spawning is 100% random, nothing matters (saying it 1780 altars later).
