The game launches on the wrong monitor each time.

Since the last major patch the game always defaults to the built in display on my laptop.

When I go to the "Display" settings I can see that my external monitor is listed there but the game does not launch on it. I have to cycle through the monitors to get it to display on the external monitor.

Me too. I need to switch and revert to get it on to the correct monitor.
