changing my email

i no longer have access to my old email and every time i try to change it its saying it will send me an email to confirm, i dont know if its sending it to my old email or my new one but regardless im not getting an email to confirm it

" the answer to this question, is that to change an e-mail on an account the system will send a "confirm link" to the old e-mail. Since you no longer have access to that, you can't change it now. You will have to e-mail GGG support and ask them to change it. In the e-mail include your PoE account name and 2 - 3 char names. This will start a security process where GGG will send you several e-mails with questions and if you answer those correctly, GGG will then change the e-mail on the account. This process takes 1+ weeks. |
