Major Latency Spikes

Me and my partner are having massive issues when playing poe right now, we are having random massive latency spikes, both at different times so we know it's not our Internet. (we have 1g ultrafast broadband} His is occurring mainly at boss fights and mine seems to be random when moving round my hideout, using my bank chest in delve and huge lag spikes in maps going up to the 1000s it is only this game that it is happening in, I recently upgraded my rig so that isn't the problem either, my old rig with a 1060 gc ran it fine. I can see other people are also having issues but support don't seem to be replying and not taking any email queries at the moment. Does anyone know wth is going on. It's impossible to continue to progress
