Hii quick question. In description it says that when i kill someone i have chance to summon herald but what if my minion kills someone cause kinda only my minions kill in my build XD And if it's the same thing like if HoP can be summoned when my minion kills enemy does that only count for minions he is socketed with (skeletons in this case) or any minions socketed to HoP or not can summon one if he kills enemy ?

Minion kills don't count as kills done by you.

THere is a new unique glove this league that makes it so your minion kills count as your kills.
