Refund

A few hours ago I bought a support kit for $ 90, after 40-50 minutes, wrote to tech support for a refund, in consequence received a refusal. Argue it that microtransactions have been printed and used and do not have the original form. Although provided as such, printed, without any restrictions. Coins were not spent, and the time since the purchase has passed not much. I do not know what to do, please help.
