Missing skill book from "Through Sacred Ground"

Hi all,
I received a skill book from "Through Sacred Ground" but I can't find it and I didn't get the points. I got a gem which I have and then a book. But it's not in my inventory or stash and I can't actually see it. i'm missing the skill points when I use the /passives command. Is this a bug? Is there a way to fix it? Could I have somehow sold the book by accident mindlessly? If so is there a way to get it back? Thanks! Last bumped on Oct 25, 2021, 8:37:25 AM

" Through Sacred Ground gives you a Jewel and a Book of Regrets (which gives you two refund points, not skill points). These books are Quest Items; as such they cannot be traded/sold or even put into your stash. Therefore you either already right-clicked the book and will show under Refund points in your passive tree, or you for whatever reason didn't claim the book (usually due to a full inventory) and Yeena still has it. 17/04/2021 https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3082616/page/1
