Passives: Bastion Breaker. Problem:Physical Mastery don't work

Spent 1 skill point from "Kishara's Star" on Passive "Physical mastery" 20% chance to impale Enemies on hit. The skill point disappeared, the skill did not work. The character is corrupted. Why do you allow such bugs? I don't want to re-create the character and then re-create it again. At the moment, there are still constant crashes and freezes on an excellent computer. I hope others will not have such problems, but at the moment I no longer want to play this game yet, as this is already too much.

You have to allocate it like any other skill point.

The point is that I used a skill point, but there was no effect, as a result, there is no skill point and does not work.

It shows Unallocated in your screenshot.
Have you tried refunding a point and re-allocating it?
