Explanation - Gain an Endurance, Frenzy or Power Charge every 6 seconds

Hello guys,

Someone could explain this mod "Gain an Endurance, Frenzy or Power Charge every 6 seconds" ....

What happens if im already full in 2 charges (e.g Endurance 4, Power 4) ..... this mod will generate Frenzy charge every 6 seconds ?

Also, POB seems to don't recognize this mod yet....so its hard to understand how good/bad is this mod.

Nope, it can be one you're currently maxed on, which will refresh the buff timer.

Due to the unreliability, I don't think many people use this.

I think it would focus a specific charge if your other two have the same minimum and maximum values.

nope, even if you setup for a max of 0 it can select that charge and attempt(and fail) to give you that charge.
