Losing Mana when Hit?

So for some goddamn reason I lose a minuscule amount of mana when I get hit, which is sort of crucial since I've got a really small mana pool and a few skills that cost mana which disables me from using endurings or other skills that I otherwise could when hit multiple times with small hits (or sometimes big hits). Could someone help out and point out as to what I'm doing wrong?
Before answers: 1) I don't use MoM or any MoM-related skills/passives/items (at least that I'm aware of). 2) No sapping Lifeflask 3) Not stepping into Crusader's runes (since it happens on every map with or without any conquerors) 4) No Mind of the Council 5) No Arcane Cloak+CWDT. (I'm a bers with CWTD+IC) 6) (Character or PoB inspecters) - Frostbomb is too high to be applied by CWDT. Is it that i'm just unlucky to get hit by some mobs that leech mana? Or CWDT+IC just constantly tries to use the skill for some reason and therefore keeps using mana cost? Or I'm missing something? As of Patch 3.15 - Expedition League, Triggering skills now incur the skill's cost (in the vast majority of cases), so most likely your CWDT is incurring the mana costs of your Immortal Call and Frost Bomb.

" But that's the point, I'm losing mana constantly when hit. IC (or cwdt) goes on cooldown when triggered, therefore shouldn't really drain it for a few seconds. As for frostbomb, it doesn't take it into account since im selfcasting it (not eligible for this level of CWDT). But will test that out, thank you. Sorry I missed it the first time. I haven't experienced it myself, but I've heard that "Trigger Assassin's Mark when you Hit a Rare or Unique Enemy" incurs the Assmark mana cost each time you trigger it. Could that be the culprit/

Wow, that really sucks. It would almost be a buff if they imposed a cooldown on that trigger.

There's already a 0.5 second cooldown on triggered marks from rings. Presumably to keep it more-or-less consistent as to which enemy is cursed if there's more than 1 rare/unique, but also now to keep the mana cost from being absurd for fast hitters.
