I guess randomly spawned rogues, not the ones you can spawn via map or zana mod

so basically only those who spawn naturally or via Total Anarchy and/or paired modifier from small Vastir passives
nothing from Zana mod, map mod, strongboxes, prophecies, sextant (not sure if exists) IGN: Eric_Lindros
CET: Timezone |

If they exist on the map to start with, they're "wild". If they're spawned (like from strongboxes or some prophecies) they're not.
