Portals disappeared

Similar issue happened again:
1. I start a map
2. I see that I can't store the sulphite.
3. I go to the mine to purchase storage.
4. I go back to the hideout, and the 5 portals are gone.
Probably the hideout was re-instanced. This is obnoxious. :(

Yes, I expected this cannot be fixed by me (though it would be nice to have a workaround), so I posted it on the bug forum
