Replica Wings of Entropy allows Chain Hook usage

Hello.

On my character Razekal I use the Replica Wings of Entropy Unique weapon, which counts as dual-wielding. I am for some reason able to use Chain Hook, which specifically states it requires one handed weapons, while using RWoE. I checked to see if the text was just outdated, by buying a Two Handed sword from Tarkleigh and I could not use Chain Hook with that. I *presume* the issue stems from RWoE counting as Dual-Wielding.

I am 100% okay with yall taking your time on fixing this one; if it's indeed a bug, and not me misunderstanding something by the way :)
