Can i use two Sulphur Flasks?

I'm a "new player" and i'm following a build in POB, but the guys is using a "Sulphur Flask" and the "bottled faith", the +% increased damage stacks? Or i can change one of them?

Damage stacks.
But you can use another flask if you want. The damage bonus "40% increased" is not very high. And is even lower if you have 200% increased already. "40% more" is very high by the way. For new players it's difficult to see what part of a build is mandatory and what you can change easily. PoB helps a lot. Edit: Read Wiki about flasks. Looks that 2 sulphur don't stack. If you are using Bottled faith, don't use a regular sulphur flask.

Flask effects don't stack if they're from the same mod. So the sulfur flask implicit mod doesn't stack with itself if you use 2 sulfur flasks.
Flask effects do stack if from different mods. I often use stibnite flasks of reflexes for a ~200% evasion rating boost (alongside a jade flask as well of course). Украина в моём сердце

The only reason I could see for using a second Sulphur flask alongside Bottled Faith is to be able to create another patch of consecrated ground during the effect of Bottled Faith without using up its charges.
That way you could still benefit from the added crit chance against enemies on consecrated ground even if you moved outside of the original area of consecrated ground from using Bottled Faith. I believe that in practice most people gain enough flask charges to just use Bottled Faith again or have other methods of creating consecrated ground, such as Zealotry. |
