How to sell on the official trade site without a premium tab?

I tried Acquisition and poe.trade but those are outdated.

I don't think you can.
You need 'public' tab for items to be listed for trade. And only premium tabs can be marked as 'public'. I assume you can sell stuff without it being listed. By posting WTS kind of topics on forum or something. But it won't be easy to find a buyer that way.
