Harvest craft ignoring "Cannot roll attack modifiers"

I just used the harvest craft: Remove influence/Add influence.
And the crafted mod: Cannot roll attack modifiers got ignored. My redeemer influenced belt got the mod: Increased projectile attack damage during flask effect. Last bumped on Mar 8, 2021, 1:29:50 PM
