Balleful Gem - Bug

Hi, I've finished the Balleful gem quest and received my reward but I still have the balleful gem, its in my inventory. I cant put in stash or sell it.

You need it for a later quest. We really need to make this more obvious...

Well you can add a description for this item, when people mouse over it they read some story or "save it for later quests" just for now.
