Does the "Wandslinger" skill's % damage increase affect all damage?

I just wanted to clarify this as I'm new to this game, and I found some conflicting information elsewhere.

The "Wandslinger" skill says it "grants increased damage while wielding a wand". Am I correct that this is a global increase to all of my damage, including spells, and not just specific to attacks with wands?

I am only asking about the first part of the skill, "25% increased Damage while wielding a wand".

I know the wording is clear, I just want to verify it to be sure before I invest the points.

Yes, it affect all damage if you have a wand equipped
