Flickering/flashing black box when initiating ritual?

As the title says, every time I start the league mechanic the screen just freaks out. Anywhere else in the game is fine, only with this. I've reinstalled my graphics drivers, downgraded my graphics drivers, upgraded my graphics drivers, reinstalled POE, deleted the shader cache, tried both Vulkan & DX11, even reseated my graphics card into a different PCI-E slot to no avail. Anyone having this issue or anyone have any ideas for a fix?
