Gianna disappears and won't unlock door

Started a deception contract, left instance to vendor items, came back. Gianna immediately disappears in a puff of smoke and activating this door just removes the icon and nothing happens. I've left the instance again, went back, same thing.

Try /oos if that doesn't work * If you're getting no map drops above t5 after the last patch, try removing and resocketing all watchstones.
