Didn't play Delve event but was getting ready for Flashback and I just saw that the guy who got the HIGHEST level in the Delve HC event also delved the deepest.

IIRC Oskar came close to winning a past Delve race against UberDan (where different factors were also a consideration), so he's definitely a top competitor.
