Cross League / Permanent Skin Transfers

Since there are GGG employees commenting on this subforum again (and not just on the reddit), can you please tell us what had happen with idea of permanent skin transfer / cross league skin transfer?
Chris mentioned that it was planned to implement around 4 years ago. Yes, it's something we'd still like to do. It's quite difficult to implement so we can't confirm what sort of timeline we would be looking at for it.
