Recipes not loading at Blood altar and Bestiary

I have not been able to do recipes for a while now. it will just sit and spin for at least a half hour at a sitting before I get bored. It has been like this for a few leagues now. It has not had an impact on play at all, but I would like to use it. Is there something I have done or need to do to resolve this? I was unsure of what data you need in order to get a better look at it, so if you could let me know so I can help you, help me.
