Simulacrum wave don't end

Hello,

I was doing my first simulacrum and at the wave 15 i met Khosis (i thinks it's is name). I ended up killing him and every other mob, but the wave never ended.

I tried to leave the map and come back but nothing happends.

It was the second boss of the simulacrum, the first one being the Omnisis of Fear at wave 10

Same here, killed Kosis at Wave 18 (while dead, thanks to Storm Brand) but wave never ended. Tried quitting game, re-entering instance... nothing worked.

Same problem here, stuck after wave 18 after killing Omniphobia (the fat boss).

OMG I've found it.
After searching every inch of the map, I've had a glimpse at an enemy life bar. So I recorded on video, saw the bar again and then, with a video editor, I searched frame by frame and got it.
Look at it, it's in the tree, that's its hitbox :
