Super laggy since 3.9.2

I played yesterday with no problems, 120 fps always. No after 3.9.2 i get 80 fps in hideout and dips down below 30 when in combat.

Same thing happened to me.. Have an 8800k and RTX 2070. Usually locked around 144 fps. Now combat will dip to 30 fps.. Also interacting with crafting benches and other things like the voltaxic generator causes a weird 1 second freeze before opening it up. Pretty unplayable dipping to 30 fps while fighting with frame time spikes. Can't really get out of things.

FPS sits at around 60-80 pretty normal for my settings.
Loading screens and lag in maps are my current issue. Loading screens take about 10-20 seconds to get through when prior to the path it was instant. Maps i drop frames and hit spikes constantly and i pretty much just hold my attack skill and pray while spamming flasks and wait patiently for 5-10 seconds till the game decides to play again. Ram 16gb GPU RTX 2080 super Octo core i7 512gb SSD 1tb HDD PoE is installed on the SSD loading screens should be damn near instant. Had no issues during the start of the league and now its just awful, really shouldn't be having any issues with games of any kind i mean sure my ram is a bit on the low end but that wouldn't be causing these issues. |

I've also been experiencing the huge lag issues, FPS drops but its mostly the Latency its been jumping to 400+ at times and completely making the game unplayable.
Just sitting in my hideout watching the Latency chart with F1 and every minute or so it spikes and lags. Let alone playing a map its even worse FPS drops and Latency spikes. Only been happening since 3.9.2 and its the only game that is currently lagging for me so i can assure you its not a PC problem.. Hope it gets fixed soon as I'm having way to much fun with this league to have it end already. |

Mine has become nearly unplayable. Prior to the patch I had instant loading screens and have never experienced a single lag / frame dip. Character freezes on the screen for .5-1.5 sec then resumes. Very annoying please fix.
