Very high gpu/cpu temperatures and gpu usage as of 3.9.0

Never had any temperature problems in the past, but this league has been making my computer melt. My CPU has been consistently at 90°C and higher since metamorph started, even in my hideout. Sometimes my GPU usage will also go up to 100%, which makes it basically impossible to play. I've tested other games such as destiny 2 and didnt have any of these problems.

I've noticed that the longer I play PoE the more memory PoE starts to consume eventually eating enough to cause issues until closed and restarted :(
