Actually not sure.
/passives command says I have "0 for queen of despair" But World panel says quest is done. I don't remember if I got a book at this character.  Last bumped on Dec 21, 2019, 11:20:12 AM

Look at the entire /passives text, not just the end of it. Puppet Master is a different quest.
