Sepulchre boss is unbalanced

So since I can't instantly kill the boss it turned out the boss fight mechanics is pretty much pile of crap.
T16 Sepulchre: Stone Pillars have way too low HP compare to the boss lifetime. The pillar getting instantly killed by 2 ticks of 800k dps BV. DoedreScreech should not deal such high damage while the pillars are so squishy. WandStrikeTrio skill does over 4k damage per projectile this means if for some stupid reason you are in melee range of the boss you can take over 10k damage in a fraction of second. Removing projectiles shotgunning was a great balance decision but it seems since 2.0 you've lost that common sense feeling because "projectiles that deals overlapped AoE damage" are everywhere again.
