There's a spot in Act 2 The Crypt where an item can drop and you can't reach it

This is at the very end of the labyrinth trial in level 1 of act 2 The Crypt.




I tried picking up the item from every angle I could manage. Tane was slightly in the way but didn't seem to be the cause.
Seems pretty precise, as the Plague Mask next to it up there could be picked up.
