Crashing in Kaom's Stronghold

Seems like when I try to spawn and kill the Metamorph I crash right after killing it, and when I try to come back after the crash to where I killed the Metamorph I crash when I get into vicinity.

This just happened to me as well. Used Kaom's organ and the instance crashed as the metamorph died.

Had to skip Metamorph mechanic so I could complete Kaom's Stronghold side.

This has happened to me on multiple metamorph encounters, causes a crash and upon reentry into the instance I receive error message and crashes client again

Same here. I created a Metamorph using some Kaoms organ and now everytime I am getting in range of it the game crashes with an Exception: "Skill parent object did not exist".

This just happened to me too in the Stronghold. Other areas seem ok.
 It happened again after I walked close to it (this time appeared an error msg). The circle in the minimap is where the Metamorph encounter is. Side observation: Please do consider changing the behavior of our portals, make them permanent like in maps because it's really frustrating have to walk all the way to where you was. Can confirm I crashed there twice during Metamorph encounter.

Same issue, crash when the Kaom's Stronghold Metamorph dies. Happened once before downtime a couple hours ago, and again after downtime. Then returning to vicinity, crashes with "Skill parent object did not exist".
