Wireless Gaming Headset Disconnecting when Zoning
So after the last 3 hours, I've isolated the issue to only occuring while playing Path of Exile via Steam.
What's currently happening is everytime I zone into a new zone (one that I haven't been in before) or go into town, both pairs of my wireless headsets (Turtle Beach Stealth 450 or Steelseries Arctis 7) disconnect for about 5-10 seconds and then reconnect. This affects all system sound, and not just the POE audio. I've connected the receivers to every other USB slot available to no avail. I've also used them both while playing other games without any issues. Any ideas as to what may be causing this? In sound options in game, there's no "system default" option anymore, I can only choose either the Turtle Beach or Arctis 7 Sound or Arctis 7 Chat options. Last bumped on Dec 14, 2019, 1:02:17 PM

Bump:
Additional details: Win 10 Intel i9 9700k GeForce RTX 2070 Steelseries support advised that after having reinstalled my firmware/drivers for the headset, any issues should be resolved. The issue remains when playing Path of Exile solely at this time. Turtle Beach were clueless and not very helpful. Last edited by Gravelands#5975 on Dec 14, 2019, 9:12:01 PM
