Fated Connections bugged?

Before the leauge ended someone had handed me fated connections to 6 link a sword I had, and it only gave it 5 links. I figured I just misread it and only checked today, so uh, the fuck.

Also, I wanna mention my first jewler orb used on the sword proced it with a 5 link, the sword is on my scion

Also, this is the prophecy text --> Use Jeweller's Orbs on any body armour or two-handed weapon until it becomes six-socketed. Please note it says (orbs = it can be more then 1). You have to roll until it becomes 6S and with the 6S it will also 6L. No, because I remember her saying the voice over for it. The "Five and fewer stand alone, but six draws them together." bit.

well there hasn't been a proven case os this being bugged and there is no information for GGG to investigate.
The reason for this is that you didn't use the /bug command right after it happend..... |
