Spiritual Aid Passive question

Hi i want to know if spiritual aid need an Minion Summoned to be Activated or works without any minions?

You don't need to have any minions summoned. It always works.

Note that it only affects generic increases and reductions. More modifiers or local minion stats such as on minion support gems will not apply.
