Path of Exile 1 Gameplay Help and Discussion - Non-unique monsters using despair curse? - Forum

Can't find anything on the web. Are there any non-unique monsters that use despair curse? Or did GGG perhaps forget to split monsters just like they did with Vulnerability? Don't think there is any so far: Skills used by monsters True the list is not "official", but is the most "true info" you will get. Just cast it manually, or keep using Brew ^^.
