My guess is that its Alva that somehow fucked it up (first time i had her)

Once again had this bug.
What was noticeable this time was the fact that i had 4-5 tormented spirits in the area. Kinda makes me think this are gets fucked up when some special mods spawn on it.  https://imgur.com/a/CmNLRBm |
