You Cannot Trade Currency or Unique Items with Other Players Until Your Account is Verified

I've played for a good while now, and my account is verified, so I have no idea what the source of this error is.
I've sent support an email, and I understand you guys are super busy, but I'm a little antsy to play and I can't really do much presently which is a little frustrating an issue given its occurring right at the start of the weekend. Googling shows absolutely no similar threads, so presumably no one else has ever had this issue? I hope this isn't so, and someone can offer some insight/suggestion.
