Solstice Vigil does not give you Shaper's Presence

Solstice Vigil does not give you Shaper's Presence if Mirrage Archer kills rare or unique mob. Is it should be like this?
If yes - may be Necromancers and Miners/Trapers also should not gain Shaper's Presence?

I was wondering why I get HH buffs but not shaper's presence.

The wording for HH and solstice is the same so I would guess it's a bug ?

"When you Kill a Rare monster, you gain its Modifiers for 20 seconds"
"Gain Shaper's Presence for 10 seconds when you kill a Rare or Unique Enemy"

Is it a bug ?

HH works differently than other "gain on kill" effects.
In general, all "on kill" effect require YOU to land the killing blow, so will NOT proc on minion/trap/totem/mine kills, and Solstice vigil is no different in this regard.

Despite the description on HH (and inspired learning jewel as well afaik), it will trigger when the kill is **assigned** to you. Since kills by proxy (mines/minions etc) will be assigned to owner for xp generation, HH will proc off them.

So for your question, yes, miner/trapper/totem/minion build shouldn't use Solstice vigil if they are only killing stuff by proxy and not themselves.
