the consuming dark , chaos damage has 60% to poison , does not work

 i have a problem with the consuming dark affix "Your Chaos Damage has 60% chance to Poison Enemies" i tried pyroclast mine , and i can't poison enemies , even hitting with dark pact can't poison , i tried to socket it in the dagger same thing , even molten strike doesn't poison , i use plague bearer / golden rule to know if i poison or not Last bumped on Sep 16, 2019, 1:45:35 AM

Same issue, using incinerate with double cds.
Can get the poison stacks if i run herald of agony but shouldnt have to. |

running into the same issue. plague bearing wont charge, pestilance stacks at about 20% the speed it should.

Same problem. Using double Consuming Dark for 100% poison chance. Plague bearer doesn't charge, poisons do not apply. Please fix.
