INNER CONVICTION and frenzy charges

So i have finally found millitant faith with dominus that gives +1 to minimum frenzy charges, and those charges dont grant any dps increase even tho im affected by a frenzy charge. Inner conviction doesnt say frenzy charges grant nothing so i assume it's a bug.
