Not sure if this is how it's meant to work, but givin the wording of the keystone it's not proper. It will give you a Frenzy Charge active at all times(that cant be consumed) but does NOT increase your MAX charges allowed.

" Thanks for your report, that node increased your MINIMUM Frenzy Charges, not MAXIMUM, this means that you will ALWAYS have 1 Frenzy Charge on your at all times (this Frenzy Charge cannot be consumed). I hope this helps. |
