Tectonic Slam is not working with Warlord's Mark (No Leech)

I have a curse on hit ring for warlords mark. I am not getting any mana leech from, I believe tectonic slam should still work with warlords because it is an attack skill.

Same here. Been leeching from physical damage from my gloves only.

Same issue perhaps.

Also tried Leap Slamming into the middle of mobs - hoping that would trigger 'Curse Enemies with Level 8 Warlord's Mark on Hit' but I don't think it does.

When I hit the mobs (either with TS or LS) I suspect I should see the cursed mark on the attacked mobs - but I see no such mark. Would this show up?

Could it be possible that the reason it doesn't work, is that you doesn't hit the mobs directly -->
Slam the ground, unleashing a fiery fissure in front of you, dealing area damage and releasing a random number of smaller fissures branching off from it ??

However then I would had thought that this would have been confirmed when you used Leap Slam -->
Jump into the air, damaging enemies (and knocking back some) with your weapon where you land.......
