Do I need staunching if my jewel blocks corrupted blood?

Right now I run anti-curse, anti-freeze, anti-bleed flasks. Do I still want my antibleed if I am blocking all corrupted blood?

To expand, corrupting blood is not the only bleed, and the damage caused by a normal bleed varies from trivial to deadly.

corrupted blood is the most annoying since it stacks and can kill you instant, before you can react and use the potion.
normal bleed does not stack, and the jewel doesn't make you immune, so you still need a flask. | |
