3.7 Unique Shield Idea

Hey Exiles,

as a fellow player I came up with a new shield for the league:

Basic Idea:

Shield is an Armor Shield. Effects would be:
+ X Armor
+ X STR
"Get an Endurance Charge on Block"
"Endurance Charges expire X% faster"
" %reduced Life Recovery per Endurance Charge"
" Grants "Fortress" Buff while on max. Endu Charges "

//Fortress//

Consumes all Endurance Charges. Grants increased Max. Life and Armor based on Endurance Charges consumed.
