Look in Option>Input to set key bind for pick up; change then in UI which key that is for pick up (should be pull down with option, included the key you set).

I wouldn't use "Always attack without moving" on your main attack and movement key/mouse as when you need to move fast past enemies like during Memory Fragments, you will start to attack instead of passing by.
