So, just to quickly confirm.
Where it says "enemies you kill are shocked" and "shocks you inflict spread to other enemies within a radius of 15" Does that mean that if you kill 1 mob in a pack, you shock the entire pack (causing them to take 20% increased damage) even if you are killing with soulrend and as such doing no lightning damage?
