Jun seems to not be working with The Forsaken Masters Achievement

I had The Forsaken Masters Achievement last patch as I levelled all of the masters to their Max Rank, and I did so with Jun as well; except this time I didn't get the Achievement back after doing so. No Pop-Up, nothing. Went in the check the Achievement specifically and it was still 4/5 with Jun not being counted as Level 7. I did /recheck_achievements multiple times and it has changed nothing so far.
