Spark and cooldown recovery?

Hi,
spark getting small buff with decreasing cooldown between hits from single cast from 1s to 0,7s. So seems with 2s duration it should hit one target 3x... Anyone know if this cooldown between hits can be reduced same way as cooldown on cast on crit? Would be very good if yes. Last bumped on Mar 7, 2019, 3:42:12 PM
