Client stuck at "Checking resources"
When I open the client it just gets stuck at "Checking resources". I tried restarting the client several times but it won't download the patch. Sometimes I see the patch notes but other times it doesn't event get to that part.
Tried on two different computers but same result. Couldn't find any other related issues here so I imagine people are able to download the patch and play. Looking at the log file I see a lot of "Requesting folder x" and "Queue file to download: x". Is there a solution or should I just wait and try later? Thanks |

" Did you try running the PackCheck on the Content.ggpk file? |

Did it just now. Thanks for the advice.
The output was the following: C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile>PackCheck.exe Checking pack file Content.ggpk... /Art/Models/MONSTERS/Axis/Lieutenant hash isn't in sync. Repaired. /Art/Models/MONSTERS/Axis hash isn't in sync. Repaired. /Art/Models/MONSTERS hash isn't in sync. Repaired. /Art/Models hash isn't in sync. Repaired. /Art hash isn't in sync. Repaired. Done. Started the client again I can see the patch notes and it is still at "Checking resources". But looking at the log file it appears to be progressing a lot more than previous attempts. I'll just wait and see if it completes. Thank you very much! |

The problem is not solved and I still can't download the patch and don't know what to do.
Anyone having the same problem? |

" What happens when you run the PackCheck again? (Last I checked, they can't actually repair anything) You might need to delete the Content.ggpk and re-download it (or restore from a backup if you have one) |

I'm having the same issue.

Running PackCheck now results in the following:
Checking pack file Content.ggpk... Done. All file hashes are in sync. I'm gonna try to backup the file and try to download it again. |

" the md5 checksum on my Content.ggpk is 39f9dc6ead6dd2b53369e7f684bc333d .. not sure if that matters.. it is entirely possible that the contents of the Content.ggpk are not always identical in all situations. If yours matches, awesome... if not, that isn't necessarily a sign of a problem. I would be interested in the md5 checksum on other people's Content.ggpk file to see how they compare. |

MD5 on my Content.ggpk is:

This work for me;
Off your anti-virus programs. or Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > Secondary Logon > Change startup type to 'Manual.' Remember to run the client as Administrator. Good luck! |
