Bestel is Riker Maloney

So Jun among other tidbits seem to indicate that we might know who this Riker Maloney is. After some late league lore looking (I'm bored don't you judge me!) I can "unveil" (heh.. ) the man behind the mysterious mask.

He is Bestel, or rather Bestel has an Alter Ego "the midnight tinkerer"

My Reasoning includes these lines:

A dashing Duelist, drenched and deserted on the dreary strand
A sodden Shadow staggered from the surf and surveyed the somber strand
A tyrannical Templar, to be tested and tempered (and others) - Bestel
Compare to:

More meddling in my marvelous machinations?
Swiftly shall I sweep this skirmish for the Syndicate!
I seek to circumvent a similar sentence (and others) -Riker
Both love Alliteration

Imagine Bestels voice without too much drink... Now imagine Rikers voice without the vocal effect they put on it to simulate the mask. They are the same.

So I guess the alliteration is a weak lead.

I adore alliteration! So I surmise a certain...probability of my person and the proposed possibly paralleling each other as well.
